The short version

How I got here.

I grew up in Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire, with no pocket money, so I learned to earn my own. I came up through nightclubs in Leeds, then events, festivals and weddings. The first thing I learned was that the person who runs the room well matters more than the name on the poster.

I turned an old ice cream van into a mobile DJ booth, which became Igloo Disco. I pitched it on BBC Dragons' Den. The Dragons said the whole thing ran on me. They were right, so in my next business I built structure underneath.

That business was a full product ladder: a free community of 10,000, courses, a paid membership, a coaching programme, and 40+ sold-out retreats in Ibiza. Retreat guests moved into the programme, and members came back for retreats. I've lived in Ibiza since 2017.

Now I build that same ladder for other experts at The Product Ladder. And I'm relaunching Padel Stays, because padel is the thing I can't stop playing.

Retreats are where I've spent most of my career.

I sold out retreats in Ibiza for years. Every booking came through a conversation, and every guest got a reason to come back. I know where enquiries go quiet before the deposit, because I chased them myself.
